JAL Construction is very involved with the community, supporting local activities, especially soccer and baseball.
Tremendous detail is evident in all JAL Construction ceilings from stained glass skylights to coffers with built in lighting, to beams. The kitchens have have large center islands and open seating areas, near both the family and dining rooms. The flowing designs are grand, while practical and convenient.
Hallways are spacious and all the rooms have lots of windows. Landscaping is always lush and beautiful. For the most part, the homes are Mediterranean, English or French Tudor in design. Surprise additions are in all the homes.
JAL Construction is a small, personal company. Levi plans on keeping it that way. "I don't want to overdo it. I want to enjoy my life, family, as well as stay available to my clients". JAL Construction builds no more than four houses a year. Usually, they are custom built on land already purchased by the client. In some cases they are ready to buy homes, built and designed by JAL Construction on land we own. The high ceilinged homes are are most often two story, pictured to the right.
